Thank you for online submission regarding ‘Financial crimes, withholding property of a bankrupt estate, stealing from foreign institutions’.

The role of the Western Australian Ombudsman is to investigate complaints about certain administrative actions of State Government departments and local governments, in accordance with the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1971.

In order for this office to assess your concerns we require further information from you, including:

• The name of the State Government agency or local government you are complaining about;
• The particular administrative decisions or actions you are complaining about and why you believe they are unlawful, unfair or unreasonable;
• Whether you have complained to the agencies about your concerns and if so, what was the outcome; and
• The outcome you are seeking.

Once you have provided this information we can consider the scope of our involvement at that time.
